    Become a Tenant with Simmons & Sons

    We bring to the rental market a wide variety of good quality property from studios and annexes to Country Homes and from town centre locations to rural settings.

    Our dedicated lettings staff have a vast knowledge of the rental market and the area and will help you from your initial enquiry to handing over the keys to your new home. We understand that moving can be a very stressful time but we will endeavour to assist you with the processes required.

    Simmons & Sons are ARLA Propertymark registered and are bound by a strict code of conduct which ensures you will receive professional service and that your money is always protected.

    What We Require from You

    All offers are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references. We use a Credit Referencing Agency who will carry out a credit check, confirmation of earnings from employer/accountant and previous Landlord reference. A Right to Rent check will also be carried out.

    You will be required to provide a passport and a utility bill/ bank statement dated within the last 3 months and to complete a referencing form for each tenant over the age of 18. You will be provided with a What to Pay document outlining the amount of rent, deposit and other charges which will be required in cleared funds by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the tenancy is due to commence.
