    Simon Colligan 
    Prior to Simon Colligan Estate Agents, Simon Colligan has an impressive track record in the property market, starting his career as a sales negotiator in Salisbury with a local independent firm of estate agent in 1986. He later joined Fox and Sons in Amesbury and went on to become a senior branch manager, then becoming area manager for branches in Wiltshire and Hampshire. In 2002, keen to make a difference, Simon returned to Amesbury and set about creating Simon Colligan estate agents with his wife Alison and colleague Jill Smith.

    Jill Smith
    Jill began her estate agency career with Fox & Sons, Salisbury in 1996 as a sales negotiator, she then came to Fox & Sons Amesbury, where she first started working with Simon. With Jill's drive and passion for her job she progressed to managing offices in both Wiltshire and Hampshire and received several national awards along the way. Just before Simon opened his own estate agency Jill felt the time was right for her to help him create the right environment that would provide customers with a dedicated more individual approach that she felt could not be offered with a national chain.
