Sims Williams and the team handled all viewings and communications with prospective tenants, dealt with advertising and any updated regulations requiring additions to the property such as smoke alarms. They were proactive in arranging viewings and liaising with the outgoing tenants, and found incoming tenants quickly even in difficult marketing conditions. Highly recommended.
