Rachel & Josh were very helpful throughout the whole process, obtained numerous updates upon request & got a very quick sale from start to finish. There was very little that we had to do, as Rachel & Josh took ownership.They also provided us with a very reliable solicitor.. All round good experience & will definitely use them again in the future.

I don't often write reviews. But wanted to share the positive experience we had using Skitts in Great Bridge.Selling a much loved family home when your parents have passed away is a daunting and emotional proposition.From the initial contact Skitts Great Bridge have been totally professional and compassionate. We were really not looking forward to dealing with an estate agent after some dubious experiences with large estate agent chains in the past.However We were pleasantly surprised by the commitment of the team at Skitts Great Bridge branch.From our initial meeting We felt we were looked after professionally and compassionately. Rachel and Joshua kept us well informed with much appreciated weekly updates. The advice we were given was always accurate and reassuring .

A long and arduous sale/purchase process was made bearable by the utter competence, accessibility and friendliness of all at Skitts. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They were there with advice and help, or even just a sympathetic ear for every hurdle we encountered. They pre-empted problems and worked on a resolution without having to be prompted to do so. I'm going to miss my regular updates with Josh and Rachel - I may have to pop in just to say hi now and then.

Both members of staff where more than helpful. They gave me regular updates about my property. Have recommended them to friends and family.

Clare is always very professional and incredibly helpful with all of the management issues that she oversees for us and in this respect Clare typifies all of the staff at the Skitts Willenhall office. In the event that matters need addressing, be they tenancy renewals or property repairs, we know that just one phone call to the office will result in any problem being sorted promptly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 for the outstanding service!!!!

A complete Landlord Service & a Great team to deal with. The Skitts team are always super helpful and work to provide us with a very good landlord service. They are especially good at finding reliable and trustworthy tenants and have dealt with all our properties now for almost 12 years.
