From the initial meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Richard was a professional and good salesperson- both realistic and encouraging. He had a belief in the position of the house and its upkeep and set a good price which was achieved. Nicky who has looked after the sale since has been as approachable. She has been rigorous in checking on the state of play between a number of solicitors. She has found me a clearance man who has been a further huge asset and who has given me details of a removal man to take stuff up to Glasgow. I have been working on this, with two weekly visits to Bramhall ,from London and couldn't have had more help in seeing removal men in and general advice.
