In most cases we will create a presented walk through video so we can show buyers all the benefits of your property. The feedback from buyers is that our videos really helped them to get a feel for the property before the viewing. In some cases they viewed homes that they wouldn't have without seeing the video first.

    Social Media is a major new platform for advertising so we have embraced it and it is now an integral part of our marketing. From our 'coming soon' posts through to the launch and ongoing advertising, social media puts your property in front of tens of thousands of house hunters each month. Over the last year we have sold several homes from the social media launch and it has helped to create a buzz around a property pre-launch.

    The market here in Cheadle Hulme is quite 'robust' and there are many reasons why buyers continue to move here and to move within the area. 

    The Schools are all in high demand, both primary and secondary plus there is a excellent choice of nurseries and private schooling too.

    Cheadle Hulme village has a range of shops and restaurants and the beautiful Bramhall Park is just a short walk away.

    The post lockdown market (since 13/05/20) has been extremely busy and demand is increasing week on week.
