Able to recommend conveyancers, and tradesmen that are very competitive price wise. Most importantly, they were the only one of three local agents that elicited bids for us. They get the job done.

We were selling a listed property with special architectural features and chose Sovereign House because of their long association with the area and their appreciation of similar houses. The sale was handled by James Walpole with a calm assurance notwithstanding the difficult circumstances of a falling market. Throughout the process James was particularly helpful in assisting with viewings and dealing with practical problems such as jammed locks and faulty burglar alarms.
