James Walpole and David Castle are a great team that know the local market really well. We moved to Sovereign House after another larger agency with a local branch failed to illicit any bid at all after months on the market.

      Key points: Obliging, friendly, polite gents. Respectful to owners preferences. Negotiated both sides of our chain to a deal despite the market falling on both sides during the sale process. Able to recommend conveyancers, and tradesmen that are very competitive price wise. Most importantly, they were the only one of three local agents that elicited bids for us. They get the job done.

      We were selling a listed property with special architectural features and chose Sovereign House because of their long association with the area and their appreciation of similar houses. The sale was handled by James Walpole with a calm assurance notwithstanding the difficult circumstances of a falling market. Throughout the process James was particularly helpful in assisting with viewings and dealing with practical problems such as jammed locks and faulty burglar alarms.  He was always courteous and pleasant to deal with.
