Spencer Birch has been offering its commercial clients a service since 1984. Within that time our business has grown to cover all aspects of commercial property.

The commercial department is run and managed by Mr David Pepper BSc FRICS. David joined the company as a partner in 2004 and has worked in Nottingham since 1982 dealing with all aspects of commercial property and development land throughout the East Midlands.

The commercial property department covers three main areas of business.

1: Commercial Agency

Our commercial property agency service offers advice on sales and lettings of all types of retail, office and industrial property as well as development and investment opportunities throughout Nottinghamshire.

2: Commercial Management

We act for a number of private individuals, investment companies, family trusts and Charities providing all aspects of professional advice for their commercial property portfolios. Our service includes rent collection, regular inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals and the preparation and negotiation of schedules of dilapidation.

3 Commercial Surveys and Valuations

We offer a full range of surveys and valuations for all types of industrial, commercial and retail property throughout the East Midlands.
