    Lynette Gilby is the Residential Lettings Manager for Stags Dartmouth office following the acquisition of Singer & Singer in 2013. Lynette brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding both Landlord and Tenant needs and strives to continue the successful growth of the department.When not at work Lynette, who has lived in Dartmouth for 14 years, thinks of nothing better than enjoying the delights the town has to offer and when not out and about can be found baking up her favourite treats in the kitchen.

      Known as the jewel of the South Hams, the pretty waterside town of Dartmouth is a popular boating centre, boasting a world famous regatta and an assortment of cultural events each year. Steeped in history, Dartmouth's narrow streets and cobbled lanes contain an abundance of chic boutiques and galleries, as well as assorted gourmet restaurants, delicatessens, pubs and cafés.

      Keeping guard above the town is the world renowned Britannia Royal Naval College, designed and built in 1902 by the distinguished architect Sir George Aston Webb. The port has approximately 2,800 moorings and the river is navigable from Dartmouth right up to the weir at Totnes.

      For those who travel and commute, Exeter has an international airport (approximately 40 miles away), Plymouth has a ferry terminal (around 30 miles), while Devon's comprehensive rail network includes road links to the M5 motorway, giving easy access to the rest of the UK and Europe.

      James Baker- Partner
      James has handled sales in the West Country since starting his career in estate agency in 2001. Educated in West Sussex, before undertaking his degree in Agriculture & Estate Management at Seale Hayne, James progressed to become a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS. Having managed some of the highest profile country house sales in the West Country, his highest profile sale has been that of The Bantham Estate. James is now an equity partner of Stags and manages the Totnes office while overseeing the other South Devon offices.

      Julia Pollard- Property Sales Manager
      Julia started her real estate career in 1999 at Canary Wharf Group Plc, at the time the largest commercial estate developers in the country. From there she went on to work briefly for Jones Lang LaSalle whilst travelling in Australia. Returning briefly to London Julia then moved to Hong Kong in 2004 and took her realtors license to work in one of the worlds busiest real estate markets. Working for a Chinese firm, she was instrumental in the company acquiring the franchise for Sotheby's Realty in HK. Moving back to England in early 2011, Julia ran an independent estate agents in Kingsbridge to become the market leader consecutively in TQ7. 2018 saw her make the move to Stags.

      Richard Morris- Senior Land Agent
      Richard Morris is an experienced land agent having spent over 30 years managing West Country property. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV). He is Chairman of the Devon and Cornwall Rural Practice group for the RICS and a member of the RICS South West Regional Board. Richard practices across all aspects of rural property. He is actively involved in the day-to-day management of a number of rural estates and properties in Devon and Cornwall where he provides strategic advice and handles landlord and tenant matters, residential property management, rural grant schemes, and general practice. Richard initially trained with Stratton & Holborow (S&H) in Plymouth. After 10 years as a resident agent with the National Trust in Oxfordshire and Exmoor he returned to S&H in Exeter where through merger he became a Director of Savills.
