    Alexandra Carter - Property Sales Manager
    Alexandra Carter has recently joined Stags as the Office and Property Sales Manager of their Dulverton Office. She has invaluable experience of dealing with Country House sales and, prior to joining Stags, she worked for a national estate agency selling properties in West Berkshire and, previously to that, Prime Central London. She holds a reputation with former clients as a highly effective and innovative negotiator who excels at client relations. Alexandra has an extensive knowledge of the local and national housing market, as well as the lifestyle and schools we can offer buyers here.

    Andrew Dodds-Farm Agency
    Andrew Dodds is a chartered surveyor and has been part of Stags specialist Farm Agency team for eleven years. After earning a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, Andrew started his career with Stags in the Wellington office's Professional Services department and Taunton Livestock Market before switching to Farm Agency where he now focuses on the sale of farms and land in north and mid Devon and Exmoor. An Associate Partner of the firm, Andrew is part of a dedicated team of rural agents and valuers, providing an outstanding service valuing and marketing farms and land.

    Mark Neason-Associate Partner
    Mark started his career with an HND in Agriculture and, after working on several local farms, moved away to pursue a career as a lecturer in agriculture specialising in livestock production. In 2000 he returned to the South West and in 2008 joined Stags, before being made an Associate Partner in 2009. His focused, practical approach to providing clients with expert advice has helped to make Stags Professional Services the most sought after department of its kind in the South West.Experienced and competent in most Rural Practice disciplines, Mark is particularly sought-after to provide advice in valuation, landlord/tenant matters and arbitration. In addition to the normal professional qualifications, Mark has a Level 5 Diploma in Arbitration awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is also an RICS regulated Valuer.

    Chris Clapham-Partner - Head of On Site Sales
    Chris Clapham is Head of Stags Agricultural Sales department, which includes our three livestock markets in South Moltont, Tavistock and Honiton as well as our on-site and online sales that include the West Country Sales Centre. The department also conducts sales of livestock by private treaty and sales of grass keep, fodder and standing straw at the appropriate times of year.Chris graduated from Seale-Hayne Agriculture College with a degree in Rural Estate Management and subsequently passed his RICS and CAAV exams to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer. He also carries out most of the firm's livestock and machinery valuations. Chris joined Stags in 2009 and became a partner of the firm in 2018.Chris is responsible for the majority of the auctioneering at the livestock markets and on site sales.
