    Maria Craze- Office and Lettings Manager
    Maria Craze MARLA is Lettings Manager for Stags West Devon Lettings department, successfully covering Okehampton, Tavistock and all areas in between. Having lived and worked locally for over 25 years, Maria has a vast knowledge of the area. She has a great enthusiasm for property letting and an in-depth understanding of the challenges involved with property management. In addition, Maria is ARLA qualified and takes great pride in keeping up-to date with current legislation, which means she is very well placed to offer informed advice to her clients.

    Catherine Boyd- Lettings Administrator/Negotiator
    Catherine graduated from University in 2008 and relocated back to Devon from Hampshire in 2011, working, initially, in the Sales department as Maternity cover before moving to Residential Lettings. She worked in the Okehampton office until 2017, when the Lettings Department then relocated to Tavistock. From here, both areas are now covered as a whole. Having lived in the Okehampton area since she was 11 years old, up until she attended University, Catherine has a huge wealth of local knowledge as well as practical knowledge of the lettings industry gained over the last ten years, experiencing a fair few legislative changes during that time. Lettings is never the same from day to day and primarily she covers the tenancy administration, as well as liaising with contractors and Landlords, to ensure works are completed in a timely fashion to the satisfaction of all parties.

      Ben Palmer - Sales Office Manager
      Ben's career in estate agency began in 2004 at a well-respected local agent, where he started as a trainee in the Commercial Property department before switching his focus to residential sales. After being promoted swiftly through the ranks to become a property valuer, he joined Stags in early 2017 and now manages the Tavistock office's Residential Sales department. Having sold property at every level of the local market, from flats and townhouses to farms and country homes, his varied experience serves him well, with clients of all backgrounds finding him a personable and genuine agent with an aptitude for skilled negotiation. He is a full Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

      Sally Blowey- Senior Surveyor
      A qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Sally covers the West Devon and Cornwall area, working between the Tavistock and Launceston offices. Prior to joining Stags in 2017, Sally obtained a First-Class degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2016 whilst working for a local West Devon firm. Sally undertakes a wide range of professional work including formal valuations, advising on rural grants and subsidy applications including the Basic Payment and Countryside Stewardship schemes, landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, drawing up Farm Business Tenancy and grass keep agreements and compensation claims.

      Partner and Head of Farm Agency, based in Exeter, George has an extensive knowledge of land and property values, having been involved in the sale and marketing of farms and land in the South West since 2000.       Chris Clapham- Head of On Site Sales & Markets
      Chris Clapham is a Partner and head of Stags Agricultural Sales department which includes our three livestock markets being South Molton Market, Tavistock Livestock Centre and Honiton Market as well as On Site and Online Sales that includes the West Country Sales Centre auction site. The department also conducts sales of livestock by private treaty and sales of grass keep, fodder and standing straw at the appropriate times of year. Chris graduated from Seale-Hayne Agriculture College with a degree in Rural Estate Management and subsequently passed his RICS and CAAV exams to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer. Chris has worked throughout the South West managing and running a number of different livestock markets, joining Stags in 2009 he spends most of his time as the main auctioneer at the majority of Stags agricultural auctions and markets. Chris also carries out most of the firm's livestock and machinery valuations across the whole of the South West.

      Harvey Pile- Auctioneer
      Harvey Pile works in the Online and On Site Sales department and can often be found at Stags three livestock markets. Raised on a beef and sheep family farm in Dunkeswell, East Devon, Harvey joined the firm at the age of 17 and has since overseen the department progression, embracing new technology and marketing opportunities to deliver the best results for Stags clients. He also established Stags popular and ever-growing Online Timed Auctions, which have gone from strength to strength since their launch in 2017. Harvey is a familiar face in all three of our livestock markets, playing an integral part in the running of Honiton Collection Centre and South Molton Livestock Market along with leading the way as sheep auctioneer at Tavistock Livestock Centre.

      Andrew Ranson- Farm Agent
      Andrew Ranson is part of a dedicated specialist Farm Agency team of rural agents and valuers, providing an outstanding service valuing and marketing farms and land.
