We had a good experience with Staves Gleadless from the beginning. They offered a free valuation and got our property on the market very quickly. They even popped back to make sure we had photos of our garden on a sunnier day. The property had six viewings lined up back-to-back for the next day within a few hours of listing which was great. Once we'd accepted an offer, we dealt with Ben for the remainder of the process to completion. He was really helpful, always available to answer queries and when it got a bit mad towards completion, he was the one who rang up and down the chain making sure everyone was on the same page. Well, if I was setting up as an estate agent in Sheffield the first thing I would do is hire Ben, the second thing I would do would be to put him in charge.
