    Oliver Newby MNAEA - Partner
    Having grown up in and around the villages of York, Oliver is approaching 14 years in the property industry having worked for some of the largest property organisations, both locally and nationally.From a family with a wealth of property background this allows him to offer an extensive knowledge of the people and property of North Yorkshire. Oliver joined the company in 2008 and became a Partner in 2017. He now oversees all residential sales in the York and Haxby office, and is on hand to provide sound and sensible property advice.

    Dan Wilson MSc MNAEA - Office Manager
    Dan joined Stephensons in 2015 and quickly became a part of the Stephensons family. Since joining the company, he has undertaken further studies to become a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors via Postgraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University. Dan now offers a vast knowledge of the local property market, and is on hand to offer customers sound advice both in the selling and purchasing process.
