    Andrew has worked in the property business for over 20 years and has previously managed our lettings and management business. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Savills for 4 years where he become an ARLA licensed agent and secured some of the a most prestigious residential property lets in the area.  Andrew is an expert the lettings industry and succeeds with honesty and integrity. A proud father of two and married to Morgan. Andrew enjoys golf and is a keen pool player having captained Hertfordshire for four years.

    Colin Kyle - Director
    Hertford's longest serving estate agent for over 40 years, Colin has obtained unrivalled knowledge of the local housing market. Colin still lives in the area he loves, settling in the village of Hertingfordbury. Father of two and married to Mandy, his interests include country activities and pursuits and is a member of Essendon golf club. A little bit of an adrenaline Junkie, Colin's claim to fame was doing the highest bungee in the world! And competed in the Devizes to London canoe race for charity.

Stephen lives in the local village of Much Hadham and along with his wife and 4 young children, enjoys tennis, squash and football, when he isn't running around after his 4 children!

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys planning her next trip to explore new places.

    Sophie helps run our property management department, using her extensive experience of property and ARLA qualifications, Sophie is just as happy giving in depth advice on contractual matters as she is organising a washing machine repair! Outside of work Sophie enjoys dog walking and baking some of the most devilish cakes our office has ever seen.

    Suzie Purser - Senior Lettings Consultant
    With over 25 years' experience in the property industry, Suzie has come out of retirement to join us as a Senior Lettings Consultant.  Previously the co-owner and operator of Chase Residential Lettings, Suzie has a wealth of experience as both a letting agent and landlord. With her caring approach and attention to detail, Suzie is respected as one of the leading letting agents in the Hertford area.  Any free time is spent looking after her dogs, horses and helping her daughter Maddie progress in her clay pigeon shooting career, as she was recently selected for the Team GB Talent Pathway.
