Excellent, quick, efficient and helpful. Always courteous and willing to answer questions and came back with any answers promptly. Feedback was very helpful, especially if you live 200 miles away, and are not on the spot. The statistics were clear and concise and you could gauge interest accurately. I thought everything ran smoothly, and on the night of the auction all the groundwork put in by you showed by the interest in my property, and the fact that the achieved sale price was way above the reserve. A great result of me, and one for which I can only say "well done".

The service is excellent, timely and truly helpful. Removing much of the worry and stress that may otherwise been left for us to deal with on our own. I would say we were surprised that we were updated and consulted as well as we were, so often people say these things but they are not forthcoming. As this is often a service required out of need rather than choice it came as a bounus to have been made to feel if not "happy" about having to sell our late parents house, then reassured and somewhat comforted by our treatment, which was made easier than it might otherwise have been. Both Ann Freeman and Stuart Collar-Brown were informative without being "pushy", making every effort to be helpful beyond necessary, and were not only efficient and pleasant to deal with but very human too!

Excellent service, Stuart was great & was always available to answer questions, Weekly updates were really good & made us feel involved in the process & I was able to update my husband every week as he was away so he was in the loop as well . great job & great result for us. Really enjoyed the auction itself too.

The service I received was First Class, Professional, the website was Superb, the staff were Attentive, Knowledgeable & gave a realistic estimate and reserve. It was a thoroughly positive experience. I was Kept well informed of the progress and made to feel part of the process, I would recommend most defiantly.
