I got 2 Estate Agents out to give me a market appraisal/probate valuation on the property. Nick was completely professional and talked me through the whole process and the fee structure. As the property was tied up in Probate, I said I would contact your company as and when I was in a position to sell the property. I was left to make my own decision about this and not harassed as I was by another Company on a weekly basis. It was for this reason I decided to put the property on the market with your Company. Once it was marketed, within 3 days, a buyer had been found. What more can you ask from an Estate Agent. The main reason for coming to Swift in the first place was because *** * **** had provided me with such bad customer service. My husband used to work with Ken and mentioned that he is now employed with Swift, so I thought at least a familiar face/name would help where *** * ****had failed. I was definitely not disappointed and Ken was efficient, knew the are well and most of all I didnt feel that he was 'just trying to sell me a service' that perhaps might not match my expectations or that Swift could not deliver! At first I was a little dubious of anyone other than Ken dealing with my sale, due to the fact my past experiences of 'too many chefs' had not been a positive one. However I could not have been more wrong and every member of staff (even Tessa who although she is new put me at ease and showed empathy) made me feel that my sale, customer service and concerns were managed in the appropriate way. I would definitely recommend Swift to friends and family and can not think of any negative feedback.
