Tatlers, Muswell Hill

Initially I was somewhat unsure of the further actions (and justification of the expense) of the Estate Agents for the sale of a property that I was sure would be marketed easily and buyers found easily. But, within our situation, the process of the sale was difficult and you really helped push the process along, and were invaluable in facilitation communication with the freeholders (HfH), where the solicitors were having problems. Top marks, we´re very grateful.

After wasting months selling through another estate agent, we came to Tatlers and they got right down to business. Our man Daniel remained resolutely friendly and professional no matter what the problem du jour.

Having found our perfect new home in the countryside and not having sold a property for nearly 8 years we really appreciated Georgina's support through every stage of the selling process. It looked like it was going to be a simple sale since we got an asking price offer within a few days of our house going on the market which we accepted but unfortunately a few weeks into the process the buyers lost their buyers. Georgina did everything she could to save the chain making numerous calls to estate agents up and down the chain to try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, despite her valiant efforts our buyers had accepted too low an amount from their new buyers to continue with the purchase of our property despite everyone up the chain having as a result of negotiation with Georgina agreed to reduce their asking price. Given her professional approach Georgina had all bases covered and had alternative potential buyers ready and we had a new buyer within days which meant we didn't lose the property we were looking to buy. Georgina then proactively worked with solicitors and estate agents in the chain to ensure that we exchanged and completed within finding our new buyers. If it hadn't been for Georgina's professional, calm, friendly and efficient manner I am not sure we would be in our dream home now.

After purchasing through Tatlers in a seamless transaction in late 2014 we had no hesitation in choosing the Muswell Hill office to rent and manage our home when an overseas work assignment arose six months later. We have certainly not been disappointed by the knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient service we have received throughout both the buying and renting process and would need look no further if we decided to sell in the future. From our experiences, no other agent can compete with Tatlers in terms of local knowledge in the Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Alexandra Park areas. We recently bought a new home through Tatlers and were very impressed by Daniel Yovkov. He was friendly and professional throughout and great to deal with - happy to arrange viewings to suit us, came back with replies to queries quickly and a good negotiator. A very good service given that he was working for the vendor and not us.

I bought a flat near Alexandra Palace through Tatlers a few months ago. From the start to the end of the process, Tatlers kept me informed of the progress and they were always very quick to respond to all my queries. Both Hakan and Marco were very friendly and helpful throughout and they had an excellent knowledge of the area. It has been refreshing to deal with such an informative, helpful and friendly estate agent without being unnecessarily hassled. I will happily recommend Tatlers to any of my friends.
