In the past, we have found the customer service provided by estate agents to be rather "functional"- they are typically attentive up until exchange but then disappear! In contrast, Martin, Andy and the Taylor, Hill and Bond team have gone way beyond these norms. They gave us great, practical support through a complex buying transaction and have helped tremendously with their local knowledge since we moved in.
