We are first time Landlords and Cheryl dealt with most of our letting and any queries. We found her to be most efficient. We did have one month without a tenant but it was Christmas and the weather was extremely bad. Cheryl pulled out all the stops to get another tenant as soon as possible which did happen. We now have a tenant for a year. We would recommend the Personal Letting Agent as we personally have nothing to complain about and would go to them again if needed. Mr R, Epsom

Joe and the team at Personal Agent have been fantastic from start to finish during the process of renting our flat. From the moment we were shown around our prospective property we knew they really had the 'personal' touch. Joe in particular has always been absolutely first class in helping me with my millions of questions! They're very prompt with replies, professional and well informed. We feel very confident with Personal Agent being great managers of our property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The whole process was not the easiest but I have never seen an agent work as fast hard or efficient as Stacey. Her intentions were always good and I know that she was trying her best to help me.
