Biggleswade is an up and coming market town just off the A1 with an approximate population of 14,500. On a practical front, the town provides a mainline railway station to a number of major destinations including Kings Cross in just 38 minutes. Access to larger towns, such as Bedford, Stevenage, Hitchin is provided by the A1 and are all within a 20 minute drive. The historical city of Cambridge lies to the east of the region.
