We use the industry leading on-line application so tenants can log a fault or query from their smart phone, tablet or laptop 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This multi-lingual system provides allows our team to quickly allocate jobs to our approved contractors, obtain quotes and authorisation so work can be completed quickly and both landlords and tenants kept fully informed.

The industry benchmark is around 10%. For Thomas and May this is only appropriate for large homes with grounds and garaging. We will charge only 8% for a typical 3 bedroom property and as little as 7.5% for a flat or apartment.
Whilst many letting agents charge 12.5% or more, Thomas and May charge 10%, less for landlords' with multiple properties and re-lets.
