      Stuart Scott - Director/Owner

      Stuart came to work as an estate agent in Flitwick in 1997 and has been based locally ever since gathering a wealth of experience in all aspects of estate agency and property marketing making him an expert in the local property market.

      Stuart is based in the Flitwick branch and is always on hand to assist buyers and sellers. He is normally the dedicated contact point once a sale has been agreed and helps to make the moving process as smooth as possible understanding the stress and worries which come hand in hand with moving home.

      Stuart lives locally and has two sons in the local schools, he enjoys country pursuits, horse riding, being outdoors and can occasionally be found enjoying a tipple or meal in the local pubs and restaurants.

      Duncan Stead - Branch Manager

      Duncan joined Urban & Rural in 2006 following 11 years working as an estate agent in Harpenden. He has vast experience in the marketing and selling of property gained over his years as an agent and prides himself on his honest, upfront advice.

      He is always happy to spend time with people, talking them through selling or buying a property and values most of the property for sale with the Flitwick office seeing hundreds of properties each year in Flitwick and the surrounding villages making him a real expert in properties and their value in the area.

      Duncan & his family live in Flitwick and he enjoys spending time with his young family both at home and in the local parks.

      Chris Wagstaff - Negotiator

      Chris started his estate agency career with Urban & Rural at the start of 2014 progressing quickly through his training to become a fully fledged negotiator.

      He is often complimented on his friendly upbeat approach and non pushy nature following the branch ethos of treating our clients the way we would expect to be treated. Having joined us from managing a retail store Chris really appreciates how important it is for a service industry to look after their clients and the general public and delights in helping people find the right property.

      At the end of 2014 Chris had his first child and purchased his first home moving from their rental property. This experience gave Chris a fantastic insight into purchasing a home from a buyers perspective and how the buying process really works from firsthand experience.

      Sandra McCarthy

      Sandra has worked within the Flitwick estate agency industry since 1995 following her families move to Flitwick and has carried out most aspects of estate agency during this time including conducting viewings, arranging valuations, surveys and doing all aspects of branch administration.

      She offers a huge amount of support to the Flitwick team being able to draw on her many years of agency experience and her wealth of legal experience from her previous career as a secretary in a London firm of solicitors.
