My property was on the market for 4 months with various estate agents in Milton Keynes, all of which promised the world and delivered almost nothing, at this point if I had seen various properties I was interested in buying come on to the market and go. Then two things happened first the perfect property I wanted to but came on to the market, second Urban and Rural moved into Milton Keynes. I had herd of them in the Bedford and surrounding area, and of there reputation of dealing with bespoke and large properties. True to what I had herd, they were polite and did not give the hard sell, came to a reasonable agreement to take my property on to the market, and took some excellent photos that made my property stand out in the listings. They quickly got to work and within just two days I had receive two offers above the asking price. The administration of the sale was also smooth, the phone was always answered, they called back when they said they would and even came to collect the keys on moving day to save a trip to the office. I can not recommend this company enough, they are truly head and shoulders above other agents in the area.

' Brilliant! ' From our offer to the walking through the door Urban and Rural went above and beyond. Our own estate agents were more than useless but Urban were brilliant taking on our issues and resolving them when really they didn't have too. My only regret was not using them ourselves to sell our house. Thank you.
