    At the forefront of Wards Estate Agents' great success is Annette Ward. Having 40 years' experience in estate agency, over 30 years being in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas, Annette has an abundance of market knowledge and expertise to offer. After many years working as a valued team member and Valuer for a well-established local estate agency, Annette made the decision to open Wards Estate Agents in 2018 in order to provide a more individual service for clients, something she feels very strongly about. Already a reputable, recognised Valuer, Annette is also Managing Director and fully involved in the daily proceedings in the office, on-hand to guide our clients even out of office hours!

    Joanne Clarke - Office Manager
    Joanne joined the team in November 2024 as the Office Manager, working closely with Annette and helping run the office on a day-to-day basis, developing and implementing administrative systems to help the smooth running of the company. Joanne is keen to take part in our social media marketing, getting involved in the latest trends and always looks for ways to improve our marketing. Joanne is also on hand to help with any queries and arrange viewings and valuations.

    Sophie has been a part of the Wards team since 2021, starting as an Apprentice Administrator. Sophie builds up open and honest relationships and really gets to know our clients, from the point of agreeing the sale, through to the day of completion, she also helps assist with any new build developments.

    Rebecca has been with Wards since 2022.
