" We marketed the house with Warners originally some 3 year ago, in a sluggish market. Failing to sell at an acceptable price we rented the property, using Warners for property management. We then remarketed the house last year once the tenancy finished. Warners, throughout, were helpful and professional and provided a seamless transition between selling and rental operations, including organising a good deal of work to get the house fit for sale.

An offer was made on the bungalow on 10the June originally cash buyer, as it turned out he needed a mortgage. Debbie, Sue and Jill went "above and beyond the call of duty" in my opinion with the sale which eventually completed on 30th October. Unfortunately the purchased had a really slow and unhelpful solicitor, unlike mine at spines."
