Choosing an estate agent is never easy but I had to sell my father's property and after meeting a couple of agents, just got a good vibe off these guys. Played it straight, no over-the-top sales talk, experienced and - hope they're not offended - middle aged. Seasoned players! The property was sold in days during Covid conditions at the price I wanted. And they managed the buyer well getting the sale completed. So - recommend.

William Rose were the agents for a house in Woodford that later turned out to be our first home. Jay was the representative who we dealt with at the first viewing and all the way through to completion. It was a difficult time due to COVID-19 and lock downs however Jay was extremely professional, responsive and proactive during all stages of the process. The chain was not the easiest with lots of challenges and last minute hurdles being thrown up, all of which Jay managed amazingly and ensured that we were kept in the loop and up to date with all developments along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending William Rose's services to friends or family or using them to sell our house should we ever decide to move.
