    Reserve Price

    The seller can always set a reserve price to ensure a minimum price is achieved at auction. If the reserve price is not met or exceeded, the property will not be sold at auction. Buyers Guide

    Guide Price - The guide price is the approximate value placed on the property by the auctioneer. This is a realistic indication of the seller expectations, but a property could for for more or less than the guide price stated. 

    Reserve Price - This is the price that the seller is willing to accept for a property, if applicable. The reserve price is not disclosed. 

    Legal Pack - All legal documentation for each property can be requested prior to the auction. We advise all buyers to obtain and revise the legal pack before bidding. 

    Viewings - We hold viewing for nearly all properties, contact a member of the property department to be notified. 

    Bidding - With online, proxy and phone bids along with welcoming you in person to our auction complex we offer various ways to bid on property. Although each is a great way to bid, we always advise you to come along to our auction. Not only can you speak to one of our team face to face, but it can be a fun and exhilarating experience! 

    Sold! what next? - If you are the successful bidder, we require a 10% deposit to secure the sale. the rest is paid upon completion, the date for this will be stated in the legal pack.
