Benefits of Selling with Wilsons Auctions
  • paragraph

    Best Price Guarantee

  • paragraph

    Extensive Marketing

Your property will benefit from the expertise of our in-house marketing team, who use a range of techniques to get your property noticed. We ensure that each property benefits from maximum exposure to ensure every potential purchaser is reached. What's more, this service is of no extra cost to the seller.

  • paragraph

    Immediate exchange of contracts

Contracts are prepared prior to the auction and supplied to all potential purchasers. This enables bidders to agree to a legally binding contract and ensures a deposit is paid at the fall of the hammer. With a sale by open market, there is no guarantee that the sale will complete. Many sales with traditional estate agents can be ongoing for months on end, sometimes resulting in failure.

  • paragraph

    Reserve Price

The seller can always set a reserve price to ensure a minimum price is achieved at auction. If the reserve price is not met or exceeded, the property will not be sold at auction. The highest bid will be held as a 'provisional bid' and referred back to the vendor for consideration. We recommend an appropriate reserve price as part of our appraisal process.

  • paragraph

    Property Condition

Unlike a traditional estate agent, there is no need to create curb appeal or repaint the walls. The beauty of auctions are that people are usually aware of the phrase "sold as seen". Many buyers are in fact looking for a project to add value to and can often arrange this at a fraction of the cost. So don't worry too much about the condition of your property. At the right price, we will be able to sell anything!
