As you know, last week we completed on the property at Stanbridge Lakes. I'd just like to thank you for all that you've done during the sale and purchase process, you really have been a great help. Your communication whenever something needed pushing along was timely and helpful. You're very personable during meetings which, undoubtedly, helps with both sides of the negotiation. Claire was very knowledgeable and always gave us time and space to get our thoughts together. Equally, when visiting our property, you took a real interest in ensuring you understood the necessary information that would help. I can't say that we're straight just yet and I'm hoping we won't be moving again, certainly not in the near future, however, if we do, I'll certainly be back in touch!

The whole experience with Winkworth was brilliant for our point of view. A much more structured approach to selling the property and in a professional manner that we weren't used to after our experience with Connells. Never again will we use any of the big estate agents. I think that you realised that the most important point for us was to sell the property, where as the others deemed in necessary to try and sell other services (mortgage, solicitors etc).
