YOUhome promised us a data driven approach to selling our flat and to keep a strong focus on every step of the process right through to completion. We accepted an offer ten days after instructing YOUhome which enabled us to proceed on a property we had first seen a year earlier. I can't recommend them highly enough. By all means look at the more traditional estate agents but I would suggest you should talk also to YOUhome. Then contrast, compare and decide.

It is not size of agency that matters but eagerness and enthusiasm to perform quickly with determination. YOUhome pursued all aspects of finding a buyer and managed to secure a deal (when three traditional agents had not). They were the best in providing professionally structured feedback quickly after every viewing as well as very good market analysis and statistics.

Thanks again for all you and Nick did to sell our flat: it really did make a protracted experience better to know that intelligent, knowledgeable and sympathetic people were on the case. YOUhome is VERY GOOD at what it does.

He held together one of the most difficult deals I've been involved with. He had to deal with not only my buyer but also my buyers buyer and a contentious investor.
