      Robbie Hutchinson: Partner
      Robbie is the Managing Director of YoungsRPS. Having trained and worked in the South East managing Oxford and Cambridge College Estates as well as a period on secondment to Audley End Estate. He moved back north to Hexham to join J M Clark & Partners in 1986, where his father was Senior Partner. Robbie formed Rural Property Services Ltd in 2000 and built up a successful business before becoming a Director of YoungsRPS on the merger in December 2012. Robbie has over 30 years property experience in the North East, both managing estates and undertaking a wide range of professional work including running a successful estate agency. He is an agent and valuer for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) and a panel valuer for several lenders. Outside of work he manages a small family farm and enjoys gardening and spending time with his family and an ever increasing hoard of grandchildren.

      Kim Harrison: Associate Head of Residential
      Kim is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). She is an experienced estate agent having worked for YoungsRPS for over 15 years, starting out as a sales negotiator before progressing to valuer/manager within our Hexham office, and now progressing to an Associate and Head of Residential. During her time at YoungsRPS she has worked on site in New Build sales and her experience and knowledge in this field has been recognised and valued by a number of regional housebuilders. Kim has excellent knowledge of the Northumberland area where she has practiced for much of her career and as a result has a good working relationship with other professionals within the locality. Kim grew up in the Yorkshire area before moving to Northumberland as a teenager, outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, interior design and country walks.
