We wanted to express our thanks to you and the team at Harlow haart, after the sale of our home and also purchase. We chose to sell our house with haart after buying it through you. A long chat with Cassie at the very beginning made us feel that we would be completely safe in the haart's hands. The house sold quickly and we were delighted. We had an offer accepted on a new property; again, we were thrilled. However, things got messy, resulting in us withdrawing our offer. By a stroke of luck, the owner of the property contacted haart to discuss what had happened and to look at relisting the house. haart were incredibly supportive and enabled us to proceed with our purchase. Another long chat with Cassie and we resolved what was a very upsetting situation. haart stood to make nothing from this purchase, yet the support and encouragement given to us was invaluable. Throughout the legal proceedings, we have continued to appreciate your support. Tina has worked tirelessly to chase the solicitors, liaise with the other agents and to always keep us informed. It hasn't been the simplest process and we've found ourselves frustrated and angered at times, but the staff at haart have been wonderful. Your team have always been easy to talk to, professional, reassuring, and very supportive when things have been challenging to point out; none of the difficulties we experienced were down to haart! The team have gone out of their way to help us resolve issues as they have arisen. As a result of haart's hard work and dedication, we are moving into our dream house. My mother in law has asked me to email you some feedback from her recent house move. She found the house moving process stressful, however you and your team made the process a lot easier to deal with from start to finish. The open house event was a great success and resulted in multiple offers and proved a much easier way to get people interested than traditional viewings would have done. She had to rely on haart quite heavily especially in the early stages, but Cassie was always there with a warm greeting, offer of refreshments and an answer to any questions. Now things are settled and we are delighted with our new home so I am now ready to express my complete heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Harlow haart. Shawn attended our house for the photographs and immediately we felt his warm personality and felt we had made the right choice to use haart. I won't go into detail on all the issues we faced during the move, which are many, however I must stress that to overcome them Tina was doing the job for the other agencies particularly my buyers. I felt uncomfortable calling Tina so regularly however, she always put me at ease and continually kept me informed of the current state of play. In fact I will go as far as saying if it was not for her tireless work the move may not have taken place.The proof is in the pudding as they say, and I found many examples of strong leadership by Shawn to promote real team work. If one member of staff was off, another member of staff was fully briefed to be able to take over where they had left off. It was seamless.
