Just some feedback about Haart. I initially enquired with 2 agents, did not select Haart and have been 6 months with no sale, changed to Haart after their ongoing follow-up and pleased to say I now have sale agreed after just 2 days. Very professional service and would highly recommend them to anyone ... they do exactly what they say and deliver on the sale. This is an honest review of Haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes. Please make judgment for yourself as this review is purely from our experience. Day 1. Generally amazing contact, Nick, the guy we initially dealt with, absolutely amazing! Very prompt, willing, talkative and professional. He has the attitude of, 'no matter the size or value of your house, the next stage for people's lives are as important as the other'. Which was what we loved to hear. He came over for a chat and then said he would be back to take pictures and to start to build up a description. Day 2. He came over as promised, with a proper SLR camera and tripod, now a lot of estate agents, simply do not use decent cameras anymore, they just use their phones, which I think is unprofessional. He took photos from all angles, all rooms to make our property look incredible. All those photos were then looked at and the best ones were picked. Day 3. This was a big day for us, as this is when the listing was uploaded to their website and Rightmove. Once we saw the listing, we were both over the moon, the pictures were fantastic and the description was everything we wanted. Extremely happy on that front. We simply couldn't have asked for more. Day 4. We started to get viewings very quickly, and just like that, the property was sold. Extremely quickly, due to us using another estate agent that couldn't sell the property within 8 weeks, Haart sold it within a week. We were ecstatic about this of course. Initial proceedings were quick, everyone seemed to be on the right page and we had an update a few weeks down the line of where everything was. Which filled us with confidence. Unfortunately, as with every single hour purchase & sale, things did go south. Communication did get a bit poor, Solicitor (not ours, we used DC Law, which were AMAZING), this was until we ended up dealing with Ethan, who moved over from Northampton. This was a good move as we were able to get updates with one text. As I will admit, I was wrong, I did start to think that Haart were not doing everything they could and took a backseat, however, it transpired it was a solicitor that they used called JS Law. Our buyer put in a complaint to them and also wrote a review about them. They held the process up, Haart tried and tried and tried to contact them, get them to move quickly, but JS Law seemed to go at their own pace. The whole process for us took 9 months in total, due to that solicitor. Haart throughout all of the 9 months, we're pretty spot on and we would FULLY recommend using them! Having never sold a property before I came into the process with lots of questions and no real understanding of how things work. I spoke with many agents in and around the area and I felt talked-at and given a hard-sell for the listing. When Cheralyn came to see the property I could see the difference straight away between haart and the other agents in Milton Keynes. Cheralyn took time to get a feel for the property and understand my reasons for the sale. She has completed thorough research to the area and knew what could be achieved and set my expectation. It put me at ease and I felt haart would be best placed to represent my interests.
