My sister and I own a property which had been on the market for over a year prior to your involvement. My sister decided to instruct haart in relation to the sale but on a multi-agency basis, however, I did not wish for to multi agents to market the property. I just wanted to send you a few words in order to inform you of what I believe to be a fantastic experience with yourself and the rest of the team. It only took 9 weeks from viewing in late June to completion in late August with the haart Stratford team at the forefront of our purchase. As expats we relied very heavily on our team including mortgage broker, solicitor and agents. We were lucky enough to have three class acts working on our behalf and it all worked terrifically. Okay, we looked like losing the purchase late on when we encountered a couple of hiccups, but haart helped keep the sale on track pacifying and cajoling a slightly agitated seller most effectively whilst we completed and couriered forms and jumped through even more hoops than a circus dog in a matinee performance! 9 weeks from start to finish and happy days.
