From my first home visit with Jack to my last phone call with David, I feel like the whole team really pulled out all the stops to get my sale through to deadline, despite all the obstacles that were thrown up by various third parties. We had arranged for four estate agents to come around and value our property. Although haart weren't the cheapest; Jack from the branch certainly made a big impression on us. Even though it was nearing the end of the day he was in no rush and he was so confident in what he did it certainly inspired us. We really felt we could trust Jack with the selling of our property and he was super polite to top. Although it took a few months to sell Jack was persistent and was fully confident that it would sell. Although we had multiple estate agents selling out property towards the end; no one provided us with the care or attention that Jack did. He really is exceptionally good at what he does. David was in charge of the aftercare once put property had been sold. He kept us up to date regularly and always returned a call when he had a missed call or a message to call me back. He always knew what was going on and would chase the solicitors regularly. He was just always so very on the ball. Everyone was always so polite no matter who answered the phone or who we dealt with. A fantastic experience received by everyone, a credit to the company.
