I experienced a professional, warm and friendly service. As a first time seller I was welcomed and fully informed with great detail of the processes of selling a property, but without the jargon. Matthew the manager was my first contact at haart, he was a lovely person that put me at ease straight away, he treated me like I was his only client. Julianna also was more like a friend than my estate agent. She kept me informed of everything that happened. Nothing was too much to ask to anyone at haart.I am disabled and at times this was catered for too. I found haart to be a large firm but with a smaller company mentality, meaning that they treat every client like a person and not a number. I recently sold my property through your Thornton Heath office after changing from another agent, whose performance I had been disappointed with. I must say, if it was not for the professionalism of your Thornton Heath office and especially the sale progressor, Juliana, the sale would probably not have gone through. I had a difficult Freeholder that Juliana kept on side so that the sale could go through. She also managed the solicitors who were equally as difficult. Now I understand your fee structure.
