We had brilliant service from start to finish. We had the property on the market with two other estate agents and had no end of problems, there seemed no proactively around the sale. Once haart got on board, the process was a lot more professional and we had an offer reasonably quickly. The team were always keeping in contact with me and their whole approach was more proactive. Once we accepted an offer the team continued to keep in touch to see how things were progressing. We had a period where the buyer could have pulled out, but with the help of Jenny this was all sorted out.
