Lewis, just a quick email to say thank you for all your help with the sale of our property. Both you and Kerry have been fantastic with taking over the sale and overcoming all the issues which popped up along the way. It has been a long process but all worth it in the end. As you are aware last year we had a horrendous time. Yesterday, James was very sceptical, as we have had such bad experiences with sales, negotiators and mortgage advisors. We had lost all faith in this business. James came back so happy and said the level of service he received was amazing from you and Barry in mortgages. Whenever I came into the office, you all made me feel very welcome and there's a lovely atmosphere amongst you all. Because you were so helpful this greatly added to your workload, however, when I was waiting for a call-back or update, from you or your team, this always materialised. As I'm unable to take personal calls in my line of work, a voicemail message could always be picked up at lunchtime or after work and then I would know the latest situation without having to chase the call.
