My bungalow was only for sale because of a change in my personal circumstances. I decided to use haart because they have a lot of properties with sold on the boards and several people at work had sold successfully with them. I lost the first buyer as the job relocation changed but within two weeks Shane had found another couple. The sales progression was passed to Sophie who pulled out all the stops chasing the solicitors to get things moving as quickly as possible especially as I had found a small place for myself nearby. So a very big thanks to all at Wisbech especially Shane who is very committed and Sophie for closing the sale as soon as possible, both were very polite and just could not do enough to help. I had option of two estate agents, the other a lower commission, or haart, I felt James in the Wisbech office gave me much more of a professional approach. All the staff in the Wisbech office are really friendly and helpful. I recently bought a property. My first dealings were with Shane who was very helpful on the phone, set up as many viewings as he could for me in my desired area and seemed sympathetic to my needs. I am very pleased to say how happy we are with the service we received with our purchase recently. On both viewings of the property that we had; Sophie was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable when looking around the property. The chain we were involved in was let down on several occasions by sales falling through, lack of contact and even untruths from other estate agents below us in the chain. Not only did Sophie chase and keep in contact to make sure her section of the chain was all complete and ready to go as soon as possible, she even chased every other estate agent and solicitor along the way to keep us up to date with what was happening. When speaking with our own estate agent for the property we were selling they refused to go beyond the immediate chain they were involved with, which made Sophie's efforts stand out even more.
