Good afternoon Daniel, I just wanted to send an email regarding Ryan and the viewings I had with him recently. Ryan was very punctual and professional and made myself and my parents feel very at ease whilst being shown around the two properties I had been booked in for. Ryan was able to answer all questions I asked and offered advice also. On wanting to immediately make an offer on one of the properties, Ryan acted quickly and again professionally; being possibly a hysterical first time buyer, he made the process a lot less stressful. I guess that Kirsti and I were in a slightly peculiar position of buying a house and not quite having to decide whether to sell or rent our previous home. You and your colleagues handled this situation delicately and ensured that we were always fully aware of our options. Quite frankly I was very amazed when you got us the offer of £180k which is a current record for that terrace and evidently a sign of the determination and persistence of you and your team. Unfortunately for your office this sum just wasn't enough for us, but as a company it was a win, because as you are well aware it is now rented through the Chelmsford lettings branch.The purchase of our new property was also extremely smooth, 8 weeks from start to finish has got to be some sort of record. Our thanks to everyone involved with this purchase. We are starting the refurbishment and very excited about our future in this wonderful home.I look forward to meeting with you for a valuation once the refurbishment is complete, just give us a year or two. As you know this has been a long road for us and it has not been easy, but everybody at haart and especially you have been brilliant all the way through. It really meant a lot to us that you called with an update every week in the early stages and as we got closer to exchanging your updates became more frequent. Even when some things were beyond your control you were supportive and that means so much to us. If we had a problem or got inpatient waiting for answers we knew we could call you and you would chase the relevant people for us and you always got results. Or, if we couldn't get hold of you it wasn't long before you called us back with an update. Overall, what I really appreciated was how you understood my frustration when things were not moving as quickly as I would have liked. Even when you had to call with difficult news you still told me and reassured me that you were fighting our corner and doing all you could to help, which I believe you did.

I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the service from haart Estate Agents from yourself and from David. I had actually began to wonder if other estate agents wanted to sell their properties from the lack of enthusiasm they displayed in the selling process. It started to feel like it was too much trouble for some of them and hard work for me to purchase. What a pleasant relief to find haart and thank you both, you worked hard to find properties in the price range and fit for the purpose I required.
