I would like to take this opportunity to email in and Thank you and your staff. From the initial phone call with George, being my first interaction he was extremely friendly, and professional. I then had the pleasure of speaking with Ellie, she went out of her way to help, even contacting me outside your operational hours! My family and I came in to have some documents scanned over to your mortgage adviser, Anthony, whilst it was a large volume of paperwork, you took this on board with a smile, and for this I am very grateful. The office was a warm and welcoming place, not always the case when you walk into an estate agency. We unfortunately have not been successful in our purchase due to the vendor retracting, but hopefully we will be able to utilize your services in the not too distant future.
