    Our experienced team will provide a high quality, personal service throughout. Pop into our office, we can have a chat and stick the kettle on for you.

    Our landlord portal gives you access to information on your property 24/7 in relation to viewings, feedback, applications, and the progression of your let - you can even download your statements. This will not replace the personal service that we will give you, what it offers is live updates out of hours.

    Finding a property

    The first step is to contact us to provide brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. If not urgent, we log your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available. It is wise to start looking about a month before you wish to move, as the nicer properties are viewed and reserved quickly. Our tenancies are granted for a minimum term of 6 months.

    Viewings

    Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, including weekends, and you will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.

    References

    As a minimum we will require satisfactory references from your employer or accountant, and a previous or current landlord and sometimes a guarantor. In addition a credit check will be undertaken. We use an independent referencing company to obtain and evaluate these references.

    A bit about me... I worked in the hospitality and sales industry for many years since leaving school, but I found my passion for the housing market when I became a letting agent and I haven't looked back since! The fast paced environment, helping match people with property and doing so while being friendly and knowledgeable really drives me. It is so good to be part of the Haus team (which is more like a little family), their approach to lettings and sales is so different and innovative. 

    Out of work... I have been with my husband, Scott, for over 20 years now and have two amazing sons, Ben & Tyler. Our lovely little French bulldogs keep us busy at the weekends taking them on long walks in the countryside. I love music and going to festivals and concerts, and now that my children are older, my husband and I are getting to travel more and discover good food and drink from all over the world - preferably with a bit of sunshine!

    A bit about me...In 2017 I entered the world of lettings, starting my journey as a Lettings Negotiator working with students. During this time I further developed my skills enabling me to progress into a Property Manager role and as of recently a Lettings Consultant with the Haus Homes team. I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn't afraid of a challenge.

    Out of work...I enjoy spending my evenings and weekends at the gym, if I am not in the gym I love visiting and exploring other cities with my boyfriend. I love holidays abroad, enjoying the sunshine and relaxation.

    A bit about me...I am born and raised in Sheffield and love the city. As soon as I started at haus I felt right at home! I have worked for big corporate companies in the past, and it is honestly so refreshing to work for such a friendly, professional and welcoming team that actually care about its staff and customer experience.

    Out of work...I will usually be found either walking in the Peak District with my German Shepherd Daisy, playing badminton and volleyball in Endcliffe park or in various beer gardens scattered across the city, my favourite being the Broadfield on Abbeydale road. I am a big F1 fan and have a general interest in anything with an engine and that goes fast!

      A bit about me... I'm a born and bred Sheffield girl and got the bug for selling houses when I joined a local estate agent back in 1993. Over the years I've worked in most areas of the business, including new build, mortgage services and managing successful estate agency branches. I am committed to giving outstanding customer service and feel it's a job well done when I have looked after a client from the moment they book the valuation on their property through to handing their keys over to the new buyer. 

      Out of work... Most weekends you will find me hiking in the hills with my partner, Mark and we will walk for miles (but only if there's a good pub at the end serving a pint of Bradfield beer!) At home, I'm a keen gardener and I like to think I'm a budding 'Nigella' in the kitchen and love creating new dishes for my family.

      A bit about me... I began my career in estate agency in 2012 as a trainee, progressing to Sales Manager and eventually becoming a Property Consultant. I also like to stay active and fit at Queens Park Gym, and whenever I can, I love watching my nephews play football for the local teams.

      A bit about me...Born and bred in Sheffield a city which I love! I did spend 3 years away at University in Nottingham but always knew I would come back home!       Out of work...I live at Fulwood with my wife and 2 boys. My life outside work is dominated by sport!
