Fully Managed Service: 9.6% of rent per month with a £330 setup fee (all inc. VAT). This includes rental valuation, advertising, accompanied viewings, professional referencing, tenancy agreements, inventory reports with 360° photos, deposit protection, utility setup, rent collection, regular property visits, end-of-tenancy inspections, and same-day rent processing.

Let Only Service: £550-£720 (inc. VAT) depending on rent level. This covers rental valuation, marketing, viewings, referencing, tenancy agreements, inventory reports, deposit protection, and initial rent collection.
