Balloon Letting Co was founded with the belief that the lettings industry is in need of a fresh perspective. Everyone is aware of the stigmas surrounding lettings and property management yet everyone - agents, landlords and tenants have seemed to accept the status quo. We want to establish a new standard for the industry, one built on a foundation of respect, professionalism and above all exceptional customer service, that isn't reserved for just landlords but for everyone we come in contact with. Whether you are a landlord or a tenant we want and expect all of our clients to feel valued at the end of their dealings with us.Balloon Letting Company Ltd is a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme and the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. For more information on our landlord and tenant fees, please visit our website.
