Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about us. I started doing lettings under the brand Tenant Finder in 2006, from my living room, as a landlord myself with a West End marketing background. I had become dissatisfied with agents and decided I could start myself with a 'blank sheet of paper' and try to provide a truly independent service giving landlords the pleasant, easy service they wanted and avoiding the policies that that they didn't like, such as renewal fees - which we don't charge. We then got into sales too about 15 years ago and I later changed the overall company name to simply my name.

At time of writing in 2025 we are in year 19. I have only ever worked for this estate agency; my own - and it has always been funded and owned 100% by me. I live with my wife in our own house in Twickenham and I am still a local landlord.

We have a traditional high street office in St Margarets, which I think is important for credibility and trustworthiness and I have a small, first-class team of colleagues that I am very proud of.

We sell and let residential properties and also manage tenancies.

Our listings feature first class professional photos, drone shots and succinct, sharp, bullet pointed benefits.

We have sponsored and hosted local events since we started - concerts, street parties, art festivals, film festivals, and currently host the annual High Tide stage at the Barmy Arena on the Embankment and also support Animal Rescue & Care and Cats Protection.

We let residential properties and also manage the tenancies if you require that service. We also offer property sales with our sister company David McGeachie Sales.

It all seems to have worked well - we have grown steadily and my very first two clients are still with us, among many more and we celebrate 10 years of success and steady growth in August 2016. We now regularly list more properties than some of the older, bigger agents - have a look, you may be surprised.
