We aim to provide a good selection of properties for sale to suit most budgets and if we haven't already got what you want to buy then we will do our best to find it for you. We are old Bathonians and we have many contacts. You will want to view properties at times to suit you – early mornings, lunch hours, evenings and weekends. That's not a problem. We’re not the usual ‘9 to 5’ type of estate agency and so we aim to be flexible and as helpful as possible.

Video tours

A timely walk-through video – without annoying editing gimmicks – is a great way to boost exposure when you’re selling and reduce unsuitable viewings when you’re buying. On average, we would expect between 100 and 200 views per property tour but they sometimes go much higher (20,295 is the record set in 2025 for a quirky old home with outbuildings!). Our removals and storage division operate from a large depot in Keynsham where we have a fleet of lorries and vans for every size of move.
