Payments and Fees

• Holding Deposit: £100 per person over 18 or 1 weeks rent which ever less (to calculate one weeks rent divide monthly rent by 4.35)

• Company Application Fee: £350.00

• Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent

• Pet Deposit: Additional £150.00
