I'm Paul and I am the very proud owner of Leslie & Co, an independent, family-run business.

The team has a combined 25 years plus of estate agency experience, mainly working for corporate agencies.

But in June 2020 during lockdown, I had my 'Jerry Maguire moment'.

For those of you who haven't seen the film of the same name starring Tom Cruise, his character, Jerry, is a sports agent who has an epiphany and realises there's a better way to do things in his industry.

And during some of the strangest times any of has ever encountered, I came up with, what I believe to be a better way of helping people move.

A way that provides more personal service focused on people above profits.

A way that is always honest, even when it's something the client might not want to hear, but is in their best interests.

A way that brings family values, courtesy and an ethos of hard work to everything we do.
