Should there not be a suitable property in house, we offer a free property sourcing service, taking the arduous legwork away from our Applicants. We offer the same service to our Landlords by wholesaling their properties through the market place, thus maximising exposure at no extra cost. We are also able to offer a rent guarantee to Landlords.*
