Andrew Walker Residential Letting was established in January 1995 in response to the growing supply of, and demand for, quality Residential Property. We cover an area that includes Bath and North East Somerset, West Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire.

Each property is assessed by the Princpal, Andrew Walker, for its advantages before it is placed on the open market. During this initial visit, matters will be discussed with the owner concerning any work that might be required to enhance the accommodation to possibly increase the monthly rental income, the current level of activity in the rental market and safety issues for rented accommodation.

Andrew Walker Residential Letting are members of ARLA Propertymark and we hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Client Money Protection Insurance. We are also members of The Property Ombudsman Redress scheme.
