Our sales and lettings team of Tony Eade, Paul Coomber and Azim Petker have more than 65 years experience of selling homes, so we feel you are in safe hands there. Paul and Azim have worked together at Oakwood for more than six years, and prior to this Paul has worked predominantly in Barnet, Enfield and Southgate, whilst Tony gained his experience in covering Whetstone, East Barnet and New Barnet.
Directors Sarah and Steve Eagles deal with the Property Management and Block Management side of the business. Steve is a Chartered Surveyor and brings his expertise in residential, commercial and property developments to the business.
Sarah's father Colin was a partner in the business and worked in Oakwood for more than 40 years prior to his retirement, and so many people still talk with affection of how they bought their house through Colin or Brian at Barnard Cook.
So much of our business is from repeat clients and recommendations.
